At last, at last, at last! It's finished, it's finished, it's finished! Oh the relief of finally uploading a picture which has been sitting there nagging at me to get it over and done with since the end of Decemeber. It's not that I hate the picture, not at all, they're characters I love drawing, in a happy situation - I just hate the knowing I have something to finish and it's already overdue. Deadlines and me do not mix, they cause anger and rebellion in my mind, the more I ought to be doing something, the crosser I am that I'm not doing it. The 4th Boxing Day Meet of the Harpley Hunt
Once again we don't have very many entries for this year's Hunt, but every single one is appreciated so I'll begin the post with a thank you to each of you who took part!
This event, like real hunting, is never run as a competition, so there's no ranked placings and a winner, but as usual you can still gain a ribbon or two - every time I pick out a few secret categories to reward, so you might find a little rosette pinned beside your entry, you can save them, or edit a thumbnail/link to them into your drawing's description if you wish

As December is suddenly upon us, it's time to announce the sixth Harpley Hunt audience-participation art event!

Absolutely no limits on style or skill level - all entries will be welcomed, and shared in a Journal post on Boxing Day, so we can all enjoy one another's art and horses.
So, what do we draw?

I like this journal. You sound like a girl, what are you doing? I agree, though, about deadlines.
